The Battle Field of the Mind
Have you ever gone through a season where it feels like there is a battle between what is true and the lies of the enemy? The constant torment of fighting your fears and the negative cloud that hovers over your mind.

You are not alone! The enemy constantly tries to deceive us daily, trying to get us to question our faith and walk with God. Satan aims to take us out of the presence of God to come to a place where we displease Him.
Genesis 3:1
Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”
Eve was the first to go through an attack that made her eat the forbidden fruit, which deceived her into thinking that if she ate the fruit, she would become like God, but in fact, she was already like God.
Realise that the enemy will always tell you something opposite to the truth that goes against the knowledge of God about you. He knows the plans that God has for you are good, and the enemy doesn’t want those plans for you to come to pass.
Such deception is prominent in those who don’t know who they are and the purpose of why they were created. God’s original plan for us is to dominate over all the earth and be fruitful. The tools that you need are within you, but we need to be connected to the Lord so that His Holy Spirit can lead us to release that potential.
Jesus Christ knew who He was (He knew the assignment of why he was created) when the enemy came to tempt Him during the 40 days. Christ could speak the word of truth to combat those doubting thoughts that tried to question His identity.
The enemy will also offer you something that looks like the real thing that God promised you. But be aware and serve an evacuation note to the enemy!
When you become a true friend of Christ, He will reveal the secrets of his plan and what is ahead.
John 13:23-26
'One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him. Simon Peter motioned to this disciple and said, “Ask him which one he means.” Leaning back against Jesus, he asked him, “Lord, who is it?” Jesus answered, “It is the one to whom I will give this piece of bread when I have dipped it in the dish.” Then, dipping the piece of bread, he gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot. '
Your mind is part of the garden that needs to be tended to, so it’s important to pull up those doubting seeds of the enemy. And constantly remind yourself of the goodness of God. Stay connected to your source and remind yourself of who he created you to be at the beginning of when he formed man.
